Writers may also do the actual publishing - more of a Benjamin Franklin model. Costs will be very low. With low barriers to entry, revenue models will include training others for the industry. Niche newsletters will be very popular. Worldwide distribution will increase dramatically.

Nancy, very prophetic comments I think! If you compare it to online publishing for books - as in blurb.com - people putting together their own coffee table books or selling their works of art - why shouldn't it follow that model, at least in terms of writers doing the publishing, low costs, low barriers to entry.
