Old media: control, limitation, static, information without perspective, news published then forgotten.
New media: participation, risk taking, living information, links, news as a learning tool and as an agent for social changes.
From the operational perspective, a whole business has to redefined itself and move fast. Many enterprises are ready for the move but don't know to make the transition. In other organizations, new initiatives can't reach the top management.
