About Me

After working for magazines in New York and editing a small paper in Los Alamos, NM (we broke two national stories), I worked more in electronic documentation and delivery before leaving for academe in 1999. I now direct Ahsahta Press, an all-poetry literary press affiliated with Boise State University and teach as a full professor in the Master of Fine Arts program there.

Share your thoughts about how the newsroom of the future should be different . (And if you do, please post a copy of your answer in the forums).

I'm not sure I know what the newsroom of the *present* is like (haven't been in one since the late eighties), but am interested in the multimedia opportunities of newspapers, including live blogging and video.
